Notes:
FreshMag is a multi-layout, multi-column, multi-style highly customizable Magazine and Blog WordPress theme which features some rare options, its theme options page has about 82+ options that makes this theme extremely customizable.

Theme Features:

Premium, Flexible, Neutral design that can be used by any niche centred site.
jQuery featured.
Options Page.
Compliant with WordPress version 2.7, 2.8, 2.8.1, and 2.8.2. I didn’t test on prior to v2.7, it may or may not work on earlier versions. Yes, it works with v2.8, I know there are get_category bug with that version and many themes are broken for it. I added a version detection and a FIX that makes every function to work like a charm on v2.8 as well as on other versions.
Multi-Layout – Magazine or Blog.

Simple Balance 2.0 has more control over it’s options, advertising space, layout and color, and with each future update you’ll be able to tweak it more and more to your own style! Many new options have been added, most of which you can adjust through the theme’s brand new “Control Panel”.

Polaroid Press

Notes:
Polaroid Press is a refreshing new two column template that has a very natural feel to it. Polaroid It has an artistic background and a nice little polaroid that can hold your personal images. The polaroid uses an image randomizer so you can add as many images as you want. The zip file includes a readme.txt with instructions on how to add images to the polaroid.

The background of the blog changes color from blue to brown, all the colours are natural pastel shades. The blog also features a navigation menu on the top right where the navbar is with an RSS icon. The main section has nicely designed comment counts, labels and dates. The comment count is besides the headline while the rest is under it. The sidebar is simple apart from the Polaroid picture. The blog ends with a link section in the footer and a subscribe icon there as well!
